Wales Vets provide 2 squads for Velindre Charity

Football Matches in aid of Velindre Hospital Charity, Parc Y Dwrlyn, Pentyrch, 30th June 2024

The Wales Veterans' Football Association have accepted an invitation from Cardiff Accies/Pentyrch veteran, Danny Saffer, to take part in two matches to raise money for the Velindre Hospital charity in memory of his partner, Naomi Cornish, who sadly passed away in March.

WVFA are pleased to support this worthwhile cause and will be making a donation on behalf of its members AND providing two Representative squads. Wales FA o45s will face Pentyrch Rangers o40s/45s, followed by Wales o55s who will face Cardiff Accies o50/55s, with players also making individual donations to the charity.

Both games will take place at Parc Y Dwrlyn in Pentyrch on 30th June with Kick off at 1pm and 3pm. Entry is free for spectators, who can make a donation to the charity on the day or through the following website...
